Getting inspired by Russian Post-Empire history the designer creates a collection with military vibes. Simple shapes and rectangular silhouettes, typical for the brand, complemented by unusual cut with drapes, pleats and rough edges. The collection is based on outerwear, mainly coats, light jackets with sloping shoulders and, of course, suits in sport chic style. Traditionally, the designer uses natural fabrics: thick wool, cashmere and cotton. The color scheme with dark shades of green, grey and beige corresponds to the general mood of the collection, which is highlighted by blood red spots on coats, bright patterned lining on suites and colorful backs on classic jumpsuits.

Artem shares his story behind the collection: “I wanted to capture a very brief period of Russian history, the time between Tsars’ Russia and the Soviet Union, when the society was completely and utterly divided. I am very interested in people who lived back then, the army, bankers, salesmen, gardeners, postmen, how they have managed to live their lives in those difficult times. This was my main source of inspiration”.
